Post Installation Follow-up
Our exemplary service begins with your initial contact and continues past the installation and throughout the life of your equipment. We are not content to simply install your equipment and walk away. We want to build a long-term relationship. We know that our success is dependent upon the satisfaction, and referrals we receive from our customers.
When your installation is completed, our comfort consultants will meet with you to answer any questions that may have arose during the installation and to go over all of the use, care and operational information about your new home comfort system.

At Schwantes, we are committed to superior products and excellent service. We value your feedback and would appreciate your participation in the Trane Customer Satisfaction Survey. The Satisfaction Survey is a valuable tool in helping shape and improve our service to our customers.
Our Customers will receive a letter from Trane, on our behalf, thanking them for their business and asking for feedback on their recent installation experience. Our customers will have an opportunity to respond to the survey by Mail or Internet.
